Moriarty Tribunal to hear more on mobile licence

The Moriarty Tribunal will hear more details today surrounding the awarding of the second mobile phone licence in 1995.

Yesterday, the tribunal heard that the Esat consortium was in possession of confidential information from the European Commission several months prior to the licence being granted.
