FG accuse minister of health increases

Fine Gael have accused Health minister, Michael Martin, of sneaking in increases on health service charges on the eve of the budget.

Fine Gael's spokesperson on health, Olivia Mitchell, has slammed the minister for placing a further burden on the sick in asking them "to pay for his incompetence".
