SF in battle for funding grants

Sinn Fein are locked in a High Court battle in the North with the Electoral Commission over funding to the value of €100,000.

The Electoral Commission grants funding to parties for policy development, but have refused to pay the money to Sinn Fein because its MPs don't take their seats in Westminster.
