Man questioned over armed raid in Dundalk

Another arrest has been made in the investigation into an armed raid on a cash and carry in Dundalk last December.

A 28-year-old man was arrested in the O'Hanlon park area of the town at about 7.30am this morning.

He is being held in Dundalk Garda station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.

It is understood he is also being questioned about other serious crimes in the area.
