Frank McBrearty Jnr, one of several people who have accused Co Donegal gardai of harassment, has vowed not to co-operate with the Morris Tribunal unless its terms of reference are widened.

The tribunal was established to investigate alleged corruption in Donegal after Mr McBrearty and others accused gardai of trying to frame them for the murder of a local cattle dealer whose body was found in 1996.
