Baby killed in road accident

A baby girl was knocked down and killed in a car accident earlier today in Drogheda, Co Louth.

The two-year-old was knocked down on Duke St in Drogheda just after 11am today.

Her body has now been taken to Lourdes Hospital in the town.

No one else was injured in the incident.
