Gardai search for missing Clare man

Gardai at Shannon are seeking assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 75-year-old Eamon Harney of Ballymorris, Cratloe, Co Clare.

Mr Harney, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, was last seen walking near woods near his home at 5pm on Sunday.

He is described as 5'8", slim build, with grey receding hair and wears dark square rimmed glasses.

When last seen he was wearing a dark grey 3/4 length coat, black pants and a wool hat.
