The Flood Tribunal is due to resume in Dublin Castle this morning to hear applications for legal representation from individuals due to give evidence to the next phase of the inquiry.

The Tribunal, which is investigating alleged planning corruption, is due to turn its focus to land at Carrickmines in south Dublin which has been the subject of many rezoning attempts.
