ICMSA criticise CAP proposals

The ICMSA has criticised draft proposals on ways to fund the EU's Common Agriculture Policy following enlargement of the union to 25 states.

The association said the Franco-German plan to freeze spending on the CAP after 2007 will lead to reductions in pay-outs to Irish farmers.
