Angry farmers are due to resume their pickets of meat plants throughout Ireland this evening in protest at the price being paid for cattle.

Angry farmers are due to resume their pickets of meat plants throughout Ireland this evening in protest at the price being paid for cattle.

The pickets will target factories in Ballaghadereen, Cahir, Clonee, Grannagh and Nenagh and will last until Friday.
