A Dublin man who had his conviction quashed for the murder of another man who was tortured to death, today pleaded guilty to being an accessory to murder.

A Dublin man who had his conviction quashed for the murder of another man who was tortured to death, today pleaded guilty to being an accessory to murder.

Mr Scott Delaney (aged 26) of Palmerstown Park, Palmerstown, is currently serving a 10 year sentence for falsely imprisoning Mark Dwyer (aged 22) in 1996. Mr Dwyer's body was dumped in a field in Scribblestown, Finglas in Dublin on December 14 1996.
