Councillor's widow seeks murder inquiry review

The widow of a nationalist councillor in the North, murdered nearly 30 years ago, has been granted leave to seek a judicial review of the inquiry.

The police had refused to re-open the inquiry into the death of Patsy Kelly from Co Tyrone.
