Website bids to cut Belfast centre traffic

A major new drive to cut traffic congestion in Belfast city centre was launched today with the unveiling of a new information website for motorists.

Angela Smith, the new Northern Ireland Office Minister with responsibility for the Department of Regional Development, also announced a raft of new safety measures on Northern Ireland’s motorways.
