Anti-war demo kicks off in Shannon

A major demonstration is being held at Shannon Airport this afternoon by the Irish anti-war movement.

The group is holding a peaceful protest against a war on Iraq at the airport's terminal building.

John Gormley from the Green Party says the Irish Government should end the use of Shannon Airport by military forces.
