Woman dies in Dublin house fire

A woman in her 40s has died in hospital following a house fire in Dublin this morning.

The woman was rescued from the house in Milbrook Terrace, Kilmainham, at around 10.30am, but died a short time later in St James’ Hospital.

The scene of the fire has been preserved for technical examination, but Gardai are not treating the blaze as suspicious.
