Reid says all NI parties will be consulted

Northern Ireland Secretary John Reid has said that the British government will not decide what steps to take on the Northern Ireland Executive until it had consulted withall Northern Ireland parties.

He acknowledged however that it was difficult to see how they could keep the devolved administration going.
