Ahern calls for calm in North

The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, has reiterated his call for calm following last week’s raid on Sinn Féin’s offices in Stormont.

Mr Ahern said the raid had obvious ramifications for the peace process and has increased the problems facing the Good Friday Agreement.
