Nurses at Our Lady’s Hospital in Navan, Co Meath have started a work-to-rule in pursuit of clerical cover for the Accident and Emergency Department.

The Irish Nurses Organisation (INO) said that patients are being forced to wait at reception until nurses find the time to sign them in.
