Columbia three separated as punishment, say campaign
The Bring them Home Campaign is outraged at how prison authorities responded yesterday in Columbia when three Irish men refused to appear in court for the first day of their trial.
Niall Connolly, James Monaghan and Martin McCauley are being held in prison on charges of training marxist rebels.
The Bring Them Home Campaign insists that prison officers forced the three men out of their cells when they refused to appear in court.
Catriona Ruanna from the Campaign says Niall Connolly has now been separated from the other two as a form of punishment.
