Taoiseach celebrates Fr Ted actor

The Taoiseach has unveiled a sculpture dedicated to the late comedian Dermot Morgan.

Speaking in Merrion Square Park this afternoon, Mr. Ahern complimented and referred to particulars of Mr Morgan’s life.

Mr Ahern said: "Dermot’s talent reached out to all corners and sides of Irish life and he built on that success with audiences worldwide in a way that no other Irish entertainer ever has."
