Driver shot after leaving Donegal for home

A bus driver has been shot in the legs in Derry.

The man was shot in the legs last night as he drove some elderly women home from Co Donegal.

He was shot when the bus stopped at a house in Arranmore avenue in the Creggan estate.

No one else was injured during the attack.

The man was then taken to hospital were he is described as being ill but stable.
