Cowen makes appeal as FF launch campaign

The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Brian Cowen is appealing to the electorate not to use the Nice referendum as an opportunity to register a protest vote against the Government.

The Minister, who was spoke at the launch of the Fianna Fail referendum campaign this morning.
