McCreevy under pressure after evasion revelation

Finance Minister Charlie McCreevy is under pressure today to respond to revelations of serious tax evasion in a report from the Comptroller and Auditor General.

The report showed that substantial amounts of uncollected taxes were written off because of shortcomings in the workings of the Revenue Commissioners.
