The man who originally placed the newspaper advertisements in 1995 seeking information on corruption in Dublin, which ultimately led to the Flood Tribunal has spoke out ahead of the Tribunal’s first interim report, due at 2pm today.

Michael Smith said that the conduct of certain elected representatives and certain building developers in the 70s and 80s is responsible for a deteriorated quality of life for most citizens today.
