Cowen: Good Friday Agreement must be implemented in full

The Foreign Affairs Minister Brian Cowen is meeting the Northern Secretary John Reid in Dublin this afternoon.

The meeting will discuss last weekend’s UUP decision to pull out of the power-sharing executive unless the IRA disbands and disarms by January.
