Allen attacks Government on housing

Fine Gael spokesperson for the environment and local government, Bernard Allen today condemned the Government for "total failure to address the housing issue".

"It is extremely worrying that house prices rose by 1.3% in August, the same figure as the previous three months combined. With reintroduction of investors into the market, the housing crisis is set to escalate," said Deputy Allen.
