Fine Gael spokesperson on Transport, Dennis Naughten, is calling on Minister for Transport Seamus Brennan to demand decentralisation of Europe's air traffic control systems.

Mr Naughten is also calling for a decentralised regulation of the aviation industry in an effort to avert to avert incidents such as the near miss off the Irish Coast last November.
