PSNI continue to question pair

Police in Northern Ireland were today continuing to question two men in connection with a seized bomb suspected to have been made by republican dissidents.

The men were arrested yesterday as Secretary of State John Reid announced new moves to monitor the level of paramilitary violence in Northern Ireland.
