Taoiseach to treat referendum like General Election

Taoiseach Bertie Ahern says Fianna Fail will be treating the upcoming Nice Referendum campaign almost as if it were a General Election.

The party is spending €300,000 and is encouraging all its members to actively get out and promote a 'yes' vote.
