Trimble confident ahead of council meeting

Ulster Unionist Party leader David Trimble says he is confident ahead of next week’s crucial meeting of the ruling council.

Speaking this morning, David Trimble maintained he was satisfied with the British government’s decision to appoint a ceasefire monitor to watch paramilitary activity in the North.
