Body of Clare man moved to Limerick

The body of the elderly man found dead in his east Clare home last night has been moved to Limerick Regional hospital.

The man’s remains were discovered in a remote area near Ogonnelloe, outside Killaloe.

It is believed he may have been dead for several days.

A preliminary examination of the body has already has been carried out.
