Sutherland calls for 'yes' to Nice

Former EU Commissioner Peter Sutherland has urged the electorate to vote "yes" to the Nice Treaty.

Mr Sutherland said a "no" vote in the second referendum on the treaty would slow EU enlargement and could halt it altogether.
