Taoiseach to argue for ‘yes’ to Nice

The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, will continue to push for a ‘yes’ vote in the re-run of the Nice Treaty referendum when he addresses the Dail later this afternoon.

Mr Ahern is expected to repeat most of the arguments put forward by Foreign Affairs Minister Brian Cowen during the week.
