Swedish MEP calls for ‘no’ to Nice

A Swedish MEP has called on the Irish people to reject the Nice Treaty for a second time when the Government re-runs the referendum on the agreement later this year.

Per Gahrton said ratification of the Nice Treaty would help create a European superstate and would increase EU militarisation.
