Pedestrian dies in accident in Co Meath

A pedestrian in his early 20s has been killed in a road accident in Co. Meath.

The victim was hit by a car at Porterstown Lane in Dunshaughlin at around 3.45am this morning. He died at the scene.

The man’s name will not be released until his next of kin have been informed.
