One third of drivers test positive for drugs

Drug-fuelled motorists are the latest menace on our roads with more than one third of drivers testing positive for drugs, according to a new report.

The shock progress report, compiled by the Government group on road safety and due to be published soon, documents the scale of drug use by drivers.
