Minister urges action on Third World debt

The Government plans to urge action on Third World debt cancellation and on the HIV and Aids crisis at the Earth Summit in Johannesburg.

Minister of State Tom Kitt is pushing for action on these issues as he is visiting Malawi and Zambia to witness the approaching famine in Southern Africa.
