Gardai arrest man in heroin seizure

Heroin with a street value of €300,000 was seized by gardai in West Dublin last night.

The seizure is part of an ongoing operation between Ronanstown detectives and the Ronanstown drug unit.

Gardai found the drugs during a search at a house in St Mark's Avenue in Clondalkin.

A man in his late twenties was arrested and is being held at Lucan garda station under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act.
