ASTI say no school disruption expected
The ASTI says there will be no disruption to schools when students return in the coming weeks.
However, the teacher’s union is still maintaining a ban on supervision and substitution arrangements in a row with the Government over pay.
Guidelines have now been issued on the recruitment and use of prospective new supervisors.
The joint managerial body say garda clearance is sought for all candidates applying for supervisory positions.
