NI plan will give prisoners' release dates

Release dates for murderers in Northern Ireland could be given to families of their victims under new proposals, it emerged today.

Security Minister Jane Kennedy announced plans to disclose details on all criminals who had been jailed for at least six months in a bid to prevent shock discoveries.
