O'Dea to hold talks in publican row

Junior Minister Willie O’Dea is due to hold separate meetings with Traveller and vintner representatives today in an effort to stop publicans from introducing a ban on serving travellers.

The Vintners Federation of Ireland has threatened a blanket ban because of what it calls the abuse of the Equal Status Act by the Travelling community.
