Fine Gael are claiming that the Government are allowing job losses to relieve pressure on the transport network system in Dublin.

Fine Gael’s spokesman on transport Denis Naughten insists that with an additional 17,000 people now on the unemployment register, 142 less commuters are travelling to Dublin every day.
