McCreevy accused of using ‘creative accounting’

The Green Party is accusing Finance Minister Charlie McCreevy of creative accounting in relation to the proposed National Development Finance Agency.

Reports today suggest that the European Commission will oppose this body on the grounds that it may breach EU borrowing limits.
