Students protest over rise in fees

Several hundred students from colleges around the country have protested along the board walk on the River Liffey in Dublin over rising fees.

The Union of Students in Ireland say the rise in fees of 69% amounts to Education Minister, Noel Dempsey, selling students down the river.

The students are releasing 69 rubber ducks down the river as part of the protest.
