A group which monitors current affairs in the Celtic countries has backed calls for a full public inquiry into the murder of a Co Louth forestry worker 26 years ago.

The Celtic League said there are substantial allegations that Seamus Ludlow was murdered by loyalist paramilitaries who may have had links to the British security services.
