Gardai carry out swoop on illegal immigrants

Gardai carried out another swoop on illegal immigrants.

Operation Hyphen went into operation again this morning after last week’s sweep across Dublin.

There were at least 63 arrested for breach of the act and another five are to be deported. The operation is continuing this lunchtime.
