Minister determined to protect refugee system

The Minister for Justice, says that he's determined to protect the integrity of the refugee system in Ireland from growing misuse by bogus applicants.

Michael McDowell was speaking at the launch of the first annual report of the Office of the Refugee Applications Commissioner.
