UUP demands sanctions against Sinn Fein

The Ulster Unionist Party has called for the British government to bring forward sanctions against Sinn Fein, following yesterday's "partial apology".

It said that Tony Blair must spell out clear principles on what a cease-fire means and what happens if those principles are breached.
