Alliance Party gives guarded welcome

The middle-of-the-road Alliance Party gave a guarded welcome to the IRA statement.

Deputy leader and Stormont Assembly member Eileen Bell said it was ‘‘a positive step towards building greater confidence in the peace process’’.
