Police baton charge protestors as tensions mount

Police have used baton charges and water cannon to quell Loyalist crowds who are still protesting at the police barricades in Drumcree.

Despite the parade passing along its alternative route without any reports of violence crowds remain at the barrier that was erected to prevent access to the Garvaghy Road.
